The compiler is a so-called command line compiler that can be operated in a command prompt (MS-DOS) window.To get the compiler, you first have use the link below. You need to give your e-mail address and your name, after which you receive an e-mail message that contains a link to download an installer file named freecommandLinetools.exe which contains the C++ compiler and other useful programming tools.
